General terms and conditions

1. Customers must pay the full price of the product or any unpaid balance before the company delivers the product. If the customer has not paid any outstanding balance at the time of delivery, the company has the right to confiscate the relevant deposit and take back the relevant products.

4. In order to check the guest's payment more accurately, if the guest chooses to pay by bank transfer or FPS, the order payable amount will be randomly generated by the system. The guest needs to complete the transfer according to the displayed amount so that the system can confirm the relevant order as soon as possible.
5. The customer confirms and agrees that the information provided by the customer is correct.
6. Under any circumstances, the Company will not be responsible for any loss of revenue (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss caused by the customer in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
8. Customers may not assign, transfer or otherwise transfer any rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without the written consent of the Company.
9. Any loss or damage caused by delay or failure to perform all or part of these terms and conditions is caused by reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Company, or by no fault or negligence of the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by negligence, including but not limited to war, threat of war, riots, or other mass disturbances or acts, insurrection, natural disasters, any other restrictions beyond the limits imposed by the government, or any other industrial and trade disputes, and other natural disasters. 10. No failure or delay by the parties in exercising any right, power or remedy contained in these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver of rights. Any single or partial exercise by any party of any rights, rights and remedies provided in these Terms and Conditions is cumulative and does not exclude any rights, powers and remedies at law.
