Product Ordering, Replacement Terms and Conditions
- Ordering, replacement, delivery and installation services are only available for selected products.
- If the customer fails to notify the date change or other special circumstances before the scheduled delivery date, resulting in failure to receive the goods and needs to change the delivery date, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping costs.
- If the ordered product is out of stock, the customer can choose to replace it with another model or get a refund.
- If customers use consumption coupons to purchase goods, if the ordered products are out of stock, customers can choose to return the consumption coupons to the designated consumption coupon platform. The only applicable platforms are AlipayHK, Tap&Go, and WeChat Pay HK. The Octopus cannot be refunded due to technical problems. If customers need to return the card, they can exchange it.
- Except for out-of-stock, non-human damage, and incorrect size, customers may not refund, exchange products, or cancel orders under any other circumstances.
- Customers must make an appointment for delivery and installation services within thirty days after ordering the product. If they fail to make an appointment for delivery service within thirty days, the deposit paid will be forfeited and cannot be used to purchase/exchange other products.
- If the customer finds that the size is not suitable after ordering the product, he can exchange it for another model of the same price, but he will need to pay at least 30% of the product selling price as a handling surcharge, but no refund is available. The company reserves the right not to replace it.
- If installation services are required, if the installer discovers environmental safety or various problems after arriving at the site, the installer may suspend the installation. The customer can discuss with the installer separately to make further arrangements or cancel the installation project. The customer cannot use this as a reason for return.
- If the customer chooses to install the product by himself, please check it carefully after receiving the product to ensure that the product is complete and install it only after correct testing. If any problems arise after the customer installs it by himself, or if the product is damaged or fails to operate correctly due to any human reasons, the company will not provide any replacement or repair services. Our company will only assist in notifying the general agent, and all related inspections, repairs and maintenance services will be the responsibility of the general agent. Customers please note.
- Some products have been identified as restricted or prohibited in certain countries, and as laws change frequently, we cannot guarantee that our information in this area is up to date and accurate. We strongly recommend that you check with your local department for information on product restrictions that may affect your ability to receive an order, and this will not be used as a reason for a refund.
- If the customer chooses to pay in installments and requests a refund after payment, the customer will be required to pay a handling fee of 5% of the refund amount.
- Replacement products must be returned together with complete packaging, accessories, instructions and unfilled warranty card.
- Replacement products must not be damaged, worn, or have been wet.
- Products that have been registered for warranty online or have been repaired cannot be replaced.
- If there is a gift, the gift must be returned together with the product, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the payment.
- When replacing a product, the customer must submit the purchase receipt of the original product to the company for cancellation.
- If the customer confirms the delivery date when submitting the order, and the delivery needs to be delayed after confirmation, the customer will be required to pay additional storage fees. The weekly storage fee is 2% of the amount of goods. Even if it is less than one week, it will be calculated as one week.
- If the customer chooses to pick up the product at the store when submitting the order, the customer is kindly requested to come and pick up the product within 7 days after the product arrives at the store. If the customer cannot pick up the product within 7 days, the customer will need to pay additional storage fees. The weekly storage fee is 2% of the amount of goods. Even if it is less than one week, it will be calculated as one week. If the customer fails to pick up the product within 30 days after it arrives at the store, the company has the right to discard the product without any notification or compensation.
- All products are confirmed to be correct as soon as they are inspected or installed properly after delivery and signed by the *customer. If there is any defect later, the company will not provide any replacement or refund. *Refers to any person who signs for delivery at the delivery address, including but not limited to the customer himself and his family, domestic helpers, decoration company representatives or dealers, etc.
- The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
Warranty terms and conditions
- In order to ensure free inspection services during the maintenance period (parts and labor are excluded), a valid original receipt/invoice must be presented during maintenance, otherwise the company reserves the right not to provide relevant services.
- Warranty service does not cover the following situations:
a) After the goods are shipped out, any part of the product is chipped, rusted, water-stained, corroded, cracked, burned, dented, damaged, has light spots, screen color difference, dead spots, does not boot, has had its software modified, or does not work properly. Intact parts and other surface damage.
b) Damage caused by human accident, negligence, inappropriate voltage input, improper installation or testing, failure to turn on the machine, unauthorized repair or modification; direct or indirect damage caused by the use of improper equipment or abnormal operation of the equipment itself.
c) The original warranty label is torn off, altered or incomplete; and the product serial number must be the same as that on the maintenance certificate (if applicable).
d) Customers provide false maintenance information. However, if the product is repairable according to the company's judgment, the company may quote the customer separately for replacement parts and accessories depending on the situation, and repair the product for a fee with the customer's consent. The damaged parts and accessories after replacement belong to the company. - Maintenance only includes hardware repair services. All frames, software, consumable parts such as chassis and auxiliary devices are not included in the maintenance service.
- Any damaged parts after replacement will belong to the company. The company will not be responsible for damage to the casing caused by scratches during repairs.
- Except for some designated brands, products sent to industrial and commercial addresses will not be covered by the warranty. Regarding product maintenance details, all information provided by the agent shall prevail.
- This maintenance service is only available in Hong Kong.
- If the product or its parts have been discontinued, or the product is damaged beyond repair, the company reserves the right not to repair it without replacing the product with another product.
- Lost and paid receipts/invoices will not be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place and present the originals to our company for review when requesting repairs for them to be valid.
- If the customer requests the company to upgrade/modify the software on their behalf, please note that this is a risky activity and the company will not be responsible if any abnormality occurs during or after the upgrade/modification period.
- The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
